"Can I use your personal work for personal reasons?" Depends on the piece. Always best to ask me first! Typically, profile pictures and banners are fine with credit, but if it’s labeled as vent art, I’d prefer it not to be!
"Can I use your personal work for commercial reasons?" No! Unless the work is a commission you've gotten from me (in which case, of course you can), please don't use my work commercially unless we talked about it previously. I'd probably ask for a cut of any money made.
"Can I use your work for generative AI, NFTs, cryptocurrency, and/or minting?" NEVER! This is strictly prohibited.

GENERAL- I have the right to decline a commission.
- If you commission me, you automatically accept my TOS.
- Will draw: Human/humanoids, furries/anthros, ship art (oc x canon as well as long as the characters are adults), fanart, NSFW (+18 & ID REQUIRED), mild to moderate gore & body horror, just ask!
- Won't draw: Hateful art/hate speech, specific fetishes, problematic/illegal content, and mech/mechas. If you have a question, just ask!
- I will draw and then send over a progress piece (a progress piece is lineart with little to no color) to be approved of. Once approved and payment is confirmed, I will color/shade the piece and then send over the final piece! Depending on the commission, multiple progress pieces may be sent during production either due to questions on how to proceed, or if the client requests step-by-step progress pieces.PAYMENT
- Payment is either through Paypal, Kofi, or VGen! Please let me know which one you'd like to use.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be provided if I do not finish the commission within 2 months.COMMUNICATION
- Communication can be done either on VGen, Toyhouse, Discord, or Instagram.REGARDING NSFW COMMISSIONS
- I will always ask for a photo of your ID or any form of a valid proof of age before giving examples of NSFW or starting the commission, with a date of birth, and for IDs, an expiration date. If I am suspicious of the provided document’s authenticity, I may ask for more information to help verify, such as a holographic stamp on your ID. I will not ask for your address or face. If inadequate information is provided, I will deny service.
- By commissioning me for NSFW, you are agreeing that you are 18 years old or older. I am not responsible for misinformation/false information provided to me by the client.

REVISIONSYou can make as many revisions as you’d like in the first half of the piece (sketch/lineart). Major revisions (such as changing of pose, facial expression, character, etc.,) will not be accepted afterwards. Minor revisions, such as a touch-up on shading, a minor lineart mistake, etc., are fine. If you're confused to what counts as minor or major, please ask!TAT/Delivery
- On average, I take a few days to a week to deliver a fully finished piece, though this depends on complexity, communication with the client, scheduling, etc. If I expect or encounter a delay, I will let you know!
- If you need the commission done on a strict deadline, please let me know. It is likely that I can work with you to get it done, but there may be a chance that I might deny the commission due to my schedule/how fast the commission needs to be finished, or the complexity of the commission.USAGE AND RIGHTS
- Personal and commercial use are allowed! However, you are NOT allowed to use your commission for hate speech, AI, or NFTs/cryptocurrency/minting.
- Credit is not required for personal use, but for commercial usage, you are required to credit me (iwantsomefries).
- For personal use, you are not allowed to remove my watermark for any reason. For commercial use, a watermark will not be put on your work unless requested.
- Once the commission is complete, you can do whatever it is you want with the commission as long as it follows the usage policies above (credit for commercial use, no hate speech/hateful usages, no AI or NFTs, etc).
- Unless REQUESTED NOT TO, your finished piece may be used in future commission advertisements as examples. If you do not want that to happen, either let me know or if filling out a request form, please check “I do not consent” if you don’t want your piece used.
